³⁶ Do not practice usury or ask for interest, but fear God, letting your brother live with you. ³⁷ You shall not charge interest if you lend him money, nor offer him food for profit. ³⁸ I am the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan, to be your God.
